There are some cases, when you need to make more than one schedule entry at the same time and in the same location.
For instance, if you are having a seminary in one location and there are more lecturers with different topics to teach, you can
schedule all of them at the same time, there is no need for making a special entry for each of them. Or, if a lecturer teaches
a course which belongs to couple of programs and they have lectures together, you have to make schedule for the course
on each program etc.
You can make the overlapping schedule entries the same way as you make the ordinary ones: by entering the course
or by viewing occupancy. The only difference is that you select the term that is already scheduled. An overlapping entry
will be added to the schedule and that term will be painted in dark grey on the main workspace, while the ordinary ones
are light grey.
