Schedule reports

^Schedules can be very complex due to the large number of data combinations. To have a better overview of how the data are linked together, the program allows for five different reviews (by room, lecturer, group, course and student).

Schedules can be printed from the main screen, exported to PDF and CSV files or published as web schedules.

Export to iCalendar is also supported (from desktop application and from web pages), so professors and students can import their schedules to Outlook, Google Calendar etc.

Application includes many other reports as well:

• listing of unallocated processes that have not yet been entered into the schedule
• overview of occupancy allows you to check when lecturers, groups or rooms are occupied
• vacant rooms can be quickly found with rooms overview and lecturers with lecturers overview
• obligations of lecturers, groups and courses can be quickly reviewed
• conflicts listing includes all the courses with a conflict
• lecturers can be sent an email with their schedules
